Rhonda is from Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in Elementary Education. She also has her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from UTCHS in Memphis.
Rhonda and her husband Pat have a son, daughter, and three grandchildren, all of whom live in the Atlanta area. She enjoys tennis, exercising, hiking, and reading.
